Race 5 @ 7.26 pm - #2 Outlaw Man & #12 Crusader
Outlaw Man has finally landed a good draw. There's quite a bit of speed on the front row but hopefully he can find a handy spot. With a good run, I expect him to finish the race off.
While it's a very tidy field and he has a bad draw, I'm surprised the bookies have dropped Crusader so quickly. It'll be a hard ask but look for him to be getting home when it counts.
Race 6 @ 7.51 pm - #10 Aflyin Spur
His manners have been costly of late but let's hope starting alone off the 25 metres helps. If he puts it together he can feature.
Race 7 @ 8.16 pm - #2 Bad Medicine, #3 New York Minute & #7 Taipo
Bad Medicine gets a start on the opposition but can land close to the pace. He'll give you a genuine run for your money.
I've given New York Minute a few standing starts this week and I'm confident he'll go away. I'd like to think he's a top four contender with the right trip.
Taipo wasn't his usual self a fortnight ago when he pulled hard. He's been faultless since and I wouldn't be surprised if he gives the back markers a shake. Stick with him.
