Race 4 @ 6.40 pm - #14 Pacing Hope

She ran on nicely last week at Cambridge without a lot going her way.  Barrier 14 in a big field makes it a tough ask.  Let's hope she can find plenty of luck on the way home.

Race 6 @ 7.31 pm - #9 Aflyin Spur

This guy is racing super and his last two starts show he's gone to another level.  Once again, he's a lovely each way contender.

Race 7 @ 7.56 pm - #3 Perfect Bet & #10 Crusader

We start with Perfect Bet who made ground on a 1.55 mile rate last start.  She's drawn nicely so hopefully won't have to do much extra in the running.  I see her as a tidy place bet.

Crusader is back on a new campaign after a couple of quiet workouts.  He'll definitely benefit from the outing but I do expect him to be finishing the race off.  Keep him in your sights.

Race 8 @ 8.21 pm - #3 Outlaw Man, #4 Rough And Ready, #5 New York Minute, #6 Taipo & #9 Kango

We have 5 out of the 8 here so fingers crossed we can pick up a few dollars.

Outlaw Man is fresh up and unfortunately he has to face up against the big boys.  He always takes a few runs to show his best so look out for him from a good draw off the mobile in the next few weeks.

Rough And Ready has been racing better than his form suggests.  It comes down to the right trip in transit but he can spring a surprise.

New York Minute hooked a shoe shortly after the start two weeks ago and had a wee skip.  His sectionals were very good after so don't discount him.

I thought Taipo's first up effort was super.  He's back to his favourite distance and only has to give them 10 metres.  Definitely a key player.

Our big boy Kango is back in the game.  He has a 35 metre handicap over 2200 which I thought was a bit rich.  He'll go a great race but the run will improve him.
