Palmerston North
Race 2 @ 5.54pm - #5 New York Minute
Coming in with fresh legs is New York Minute. He has a 20 metre advantage on his main rival and this could be the telling factor. He looks a leading contender.
Race 4 @ 6.44pm - #5 Carolina Moon
She stuck gamely to the task on day 1, and on exposed form looks a tidy each way chance.
Race 8 @ 8.37pm - #7 Cracker Rock
He didn't look overly comfortable in the later stages yesterday so we've made a couple of minor gear alterations. He has a wide draw to overcome, but I don't think he'll be too far away.
Alexandra Park
Race 3 @ 6.57pm - #1 The Surfer & #5 Jolimont
The Surfer has been racing super against a strong crop of 3 year olds. He's turned up the plum draw so should be a lovely top three hope.
Our second runner Jolimont has trained on well since winning first up. With natural improvement, he looks one of the top chances.
Race 9 @ 9.40pm - #4 Dragonstone & #7 Keep It Klassy
Our first runner Dragonstone is a work in progress but does have a lot of ability. Our main aim will be to get her around safely and if this transpires she'll run a tidy race.
Keep It Klassy is racing great and only went down late last start after doing the donkey work. She's one to cover in quinella/trifecta combinations.
