Cambridge - 9 February 2023
Race 2 @ 6.26 pm - #6 Mannion
It's an open maiden race and a full field to boot. While he will need luck from the draw, I'd like to think he's a top four chance.
Race 3 @ 6.51 pm - #9 Pacing Hope
This wee girl can hug the markers the whole way which suits her down to the ground. One thing's for sure she'll try her heart out.
Race 4 @ 7.16 pm - #3 Jolimont
We've stepped him up to the big time after his impressive win. It looks a tough ask on paper, but he won't disgrace himself.
Race 6 @ 8.06 pm - #9 Crusader
Don't be under any illusions - this guy is racing super but he can't pull a draw. One on the second row could be good or bad. If he trails he'll be right there.
Race 7 @ 8.31 pm - #2 Bad Medicine, #6 New York Minute & #7 Rough And Ready
Bad Medicine always gets thrown in the deep end but he always comes to the party. Keep him safe - he'll do his best.
New York Minute needed the run last start and he's an eleven race winner. I see him as a real smoky.
Last but by no means least is our warhorse Rough And Ready. The way he's racing he'd have to be a cracking chance.
